This historical 1908 Craftsman property had years of deferred maintenance and historically inappropriate remodels. The design approach to the historic restoration was to bring the house back to its original historical heritage enhanced with modern amenities. The restoration included paint stripping and re-staining wood, extensive fine mill work, a new kitchen, historically correct lighting fixtures, hardware and paint palette, as well as new and refinished hardwood floors, replacement of windows and doors, plaster repair, upgraded electrical and plumbing, and a new roof. The approach to the furnishings and accessories was an eclectic mix of old and new. The house was featured in Old House Interiors.
